I created the Nowbrows Academy to expand on this passion; To ensue confidence in upcoming artists. By bringing you exclusive techniques and marketing strategies in the PMU and Beauty Industry. My goal is to set you up for success and provide the tools necessary, for you to stay ahead of your competition.
There is nothing like doing something you love as a career. ‘Work’ doesn’t have to feel like ‘Work’ when it’s something you enjoy every day. Changing my career path changed my life for the better, and I aim to provide this opportunity for all my students. Life is too short after all.
When I made the choice to start my own business; That choice would wake me up with excitement every morning. Was I scared? Absolutely! Building a business from the ground up is nerve wracking, to say the least. Doing so with a family to take care of and a full time job is equally as intimidating. I felt like I was making the right choice but at that moment, I did not know the enormous impact it would have on my life.
The next few years were spent dedicating myself to learning all the in's / out's of the business, nurturing my continuing education and working with amazing clients. Fast forward and here we are. I have built a business, where I not only specialize in permeant makeup, but I also specialize in making women feel beautiful, making them smile, and building their confidence.
That is what I want to provide for you. I want to help you fast forward through the pain, suffering and tears. To fast-forward your carrer into the beauty industry; that I spent years growing from the ground up. I know from experience that a 1-day program does not prepare anyone for the obstacles they will face in this industry. I launched Nowbrows Academy, and put my heart and soul into raising the standards of training so that it is more robust for new artists. I aim to give you a starting point and a leg up that I never had.
The people I have met during my career have left lasting impressions on me. They’ve been affected by cancer, alopecia, hypothyroidism and heartbreaking health issues. The severe and negative impact on a person’s self-confidence is no match for the positive way I make my clients feel. Having clients tell me I've changed their lives is an incredibly humbling feeling, but the truth is, they've changed my life. Without my beautiful clients and their continuous referrals, I would not be able to wake up every morning and do something that I love so much.
This industry has taken me to places that I thought were unimaginable. The sky’s the limit when you work in a field that you love, and you never hate Mondays. I want to give that opportunity to my students. To achieve more than they ever imagined, to wake up everyday in anticipation and excitement.
